Our eConsults are a double blinded interaction structured as an information service. Your participation in this eConsult service does not constitute patient care and should not conflict with most employment agreements.

We target physicians at premier clinics in each African market. These primary care providers typically have training or experience overseas and excellent patient satisfaction reviews.

There is no required minimum number of e-consults or time spent on Top Up Care’s platform to be an e-consult specialist in our network. We encourage you to respond to e-consults as your time allows. You will have six hours to respond to a consult question before it gets sent to a different provider within your specialty.

Yes, if you earn more than $600 (complete at least 17 e-consults). You will be provided a 1099 tax form if so.
